Furniture per Standard Booth:
1 Table with cover and 2 chairs. However, extra tables and chairs may be provided on request. Exhibitors are also at liberty to come with their customized tables and chairs.
Electricity Standards:
220/240 volts AC, 13 amp sockets provided. For other standards, appropriate converters may be provided at cost to user. Participants are however, advised to provide their converters to suit their power needs.
Hotel Reservations:
Participants requiring assistance in respect of Hotel Reservations should contact ATCON Secretariat, Tel: 234 806 662 9111, 01-7619369. Fax: 01-2704825. However, hotel rates and booking information can be obtained on the event website – www.combitonline.com.
Security:
Adequate security measures will be put in place at the venue of the Exhibition to safeguard the lives of participants and their property.
Entry Visas:
ComBIT Africa 2009 Committee will send letters of invitation to intending participants (strictly on request) to enable them process entry visas to Nigeria.
Currency:
The Naira is the currency of exchange in Nigeria. The exchange rate is subject to confirmation at the point of exchange. Foreign participants may exchange their local currencies on arrival.
Weather:
The weather condition in Lagos is expected to be warm and humid at the time of the exhibition. Slight changes may however occur for natural reasons.
